Cabinet movement is locked to a set value
In the plan view you can move a cabinet freely with the mouse by dragging it around, but there can be a time when the drag function will be locked to a set value, and you cannot move it freely.
Solution
There is a quick lengths movement tool. You will find that your movement will be stuck with one of the values in your movement tool settings.
To free this, hold down the number pad value that is stuck, eg if you cabinet is stuck only allowing 500mm movements, then hold the 5 key on the number pad, then also press the 'Num Lock' key.
