I created a template and added an image in the background with the text “Not for construction.”

I set the order of image to “Send to Back,” however when I create drawings using the template, the cabinets end up hiding behind the image.

Because of this, I have to manually reorder it every time.

Could you please give me some advice on how to fix this issue?
